Athlon by Aldar is a master-planned residential community in Dubailand developed by Aldar Properties through its strategic partnership with Dubai Holding. Conceived as Dubai’s first community built around active-living principles, the development brings together apartments, townhouses and villas within landscaped neighbourhoods designed to make movement, wellness and social interaction part of everyday life. More than ten kilometres of interconnected walking, running, cycling and roller-skating routes connect the community’s parks, clubhouses and recreational destinations. Residents have access to sports courts, fitness zones, swimming pools, climbing areas, meditation spaces and social facilities distributed throughout the masterplan. Each home is positioned within five minutes of an activity or lifestyle destination, making the community accessible and easy to explore. The residences combine contemporary architecture with layouts designed to maximise natural light, airflow and views of parks and landscaped spaces. Villas and townhouses provide spacious family homes with private outdoor areas, while Rise by Athlon introduces one- to three-bedroom apartments across a collection of themed buildings. Contemporary materials, equipped kitchens and a choice of light or dark finishes in the apartment residences create comfortable homes suited to different lifestyles.
