Azizi Florence marks Azizi Developments' entry into Sharjah, launching a 30-million-sq-ft master community in Um Fanain, along the E311 and bordering Ajman. The scale here is significant — around 10,702 units spread across six clusters, making it larger than Sharjah's two best-known communities, Aljada and Masaar combined by land size. The mix leans heavily toward low-rise living, with 73% of villa and townhouse land allocated to townhouses and the remainder to villas, alongside a smaller apartment component. Green space runs through much of the master plan, with roughly a quarter of the site landscaped and a signature 1.7-million-sq-ft Central Park at the community's heart. Residents can expect water features, botanical gardens, an 11.5 km jogging track, and more than 30 planned activities, alongside social spaces including picnic areas, a weekend market, and community gathering zones. Cultural additions include a cinema, a 3,000-seat amphitheatre, and a dedicated Art and Culture Plaza. As a fully self-contained community, Azizi Florence includes its own mall, school, hospital, and two mosques, positioning it as a largely independent living destination rather than a satellite development. The site sits next to Sharjah Sustainable City, the emirate's first Net Zero Energy community, with the location roughly 10-15 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and SAIF Zone, and around 20-25 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
