The Row Saadiyat

The Row Saadiyat, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, brings together seven sculptural buildings with fluid, organic lines that respond directly to the island's natural light and landscape. Rather than a single tower or block, the boutique village format spreads residences across a walkable community, keeping the scale intimate despite the ambition behind the architecture. Lifestyle amenities lean into a genuinely curated, high-end mix — boutique cafés, fine dining, wellness clubs, coworking lounges, and a private members' club sit alongside boutique retail, a gourmet supermarket, a luxury spa, and even pet grooming services. Shaded, climate-controlled walkways connect much of the development, encouraging residents to move between spaces comfortably regardless of the weather. Interiors, designed by Kettle Collective, favour natural materials like timber flooring and sun-washed cabinetry, creating a calm backdrop for otherwise elegant, modern detailing. Kitchens combine intelligent storage with premium built-ins, and the overall finish throughout leans toward quiet sophistication rather than anything ostentatious. The Row Saadiyat sits on Saadiyat Island, home to the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, within Abu Dhabi's Cultural District.
